In terms of floor plans, the building has a rectilinear shape defined by the property lines of the parcel, which is contiguous. The structure has six floors and a basement which includes a ground floor featuring retail space, as well as four residential floors and a terraced floor – storage space.
As far as spatial solution is concerned, neatness of shapes and contemporary appearance have been sought. The ground floor features ample glazing . The unconventionally profiled aluminium window frames and the exposed concrete on the balconies add a specific touch to the appearnce. Wooden flooring for the balconies is chosen, laid on top of a pedestal frame structure.
Materials used include natural stone tiling, exposed concrete, grey aluminium window frames, glass, aluminium jalousie, raised wooden flooring on the balconies.
