The house was built in Gorna Traka, a suburb of the city of Varna. Set on two floors, this family residence accomodates (variety of) common spaces, an indoor swimming pool on level one, and three bedrooms on level two.
The building's spatial composition entirely serves its function and purpose. A wide slit in the middle of the building divides it into two volumes while the inwardly recessing foundation wall and the raised ground floor add visual lightness and elegance to the overall structure. The harmony of the elevation composition is accentuated by natural cladding materials such as travertine and a rich expanse of glass curtain wall.
